Normally, I would want to use the gaming mode of the headphones, but because the default of the headphones is normal mode, I have to change it every time I turn them on. One thing I hoped to change were the default settings of the headphones. However, the only thing the app can do that isn’t built into the headphones is change the equalizer, and even then, they only provide presets. Overall, these are some pretty good headphones.

I tried everything, and this app will NOT recognize my brand new, just out of the box this afternoon headset. Tried making my iPhone 12 forget the device and re-pair it via Bluetooth. Tried disconnecting it from the Xbox it had been paired to. Tried turning the headset off and back on. $170 headset simply doesn’t work as advertised. I’ve tried to connect the Kairo Pro to both the phone and Xbox app, and it’s simply will not recognize the headset on either version of the app at all. Will not connect to audio app no matter what I do
